Student Leadership Summits

In fulfillment of the Utah League vision and 5 Core Principles (Fun, Inclusivity, Equity, Respect, Community), we created Student Leaders Summits in 2016.  This program provides students a valuable opportunity to have fun while developing leadership skills which will last their whole lives, all while serving their team.

 

2022 Summits

Registration is limited to:
2 Student Leaders/Captains for teams with up to 100 members
4 Student Leaders/Captains for teams with more than 100 members 
These 1-Day Summits will be packed with fun and a focus on experiential training.  

Training Includes:

  • Leading team warmups

  • Assisting coaches in leading and sweeping rides.

  • Hyperthreads Student Leader socks provided

  • Develop your "why" as a leader, and ways you can assist your coaches with managerial duties.

  • Managing school outreach, promotion, and social media for the team.

Head coaches may sign up their rider from the link found in the head coach toolkit. Only 2-4 riders per team, based on team size, will be allowed to attend due to the event’s capacity. Contact your region director with any questions.
