Passionate about Utah’s mountains, deserts, and public landscapes, Brad is an avid mountain biker, and cyclist. Brad’s biking experience started as his only mode of transportation as a student at Idaho State University, moved into racing triathlons, both road, and Xterra off-road races, to today where biking helps him explore new trails with his friends in different ranges in the Rocky Mountains, including the Sawtooths in Idaho, the La Sals in Southern Utah, the West Elks of Colorado, and of course, the Wasatch near Salt Lake City.

With elementary school-aged children (son Finn, and daughter Harper), Brad is proud to support the Utah High School Cycling League, and especially the League's foundational Five Principles. As a professional marketer, Brad is a story-teller at heart. He has worked with a variety of companies as a marketing VP, and consultant, including some of the largest companies in the world like Dell, The Home Depot, Jackson Home Mountain Resort, PRGX, and a variety of technology startups. Brad has a BA in mass communications from Idaho State University, and a MBA from Westminster College. In the winter, he enjoys backcountry skiing, and also serves as a founding board member of Wasatch Backcountry Alliance, a grassroots organization dedicated to being the voice of human-powered winter recreationalists, fighting to preserve and protect the last remaining wild places in the Central Wasatch.
